AGE THRESHOLD FOR SERVICES

In order for a client to receive services from Healing Human Spirit and www.healinghumanspirit.com website, the client must be at least 18 years old, as the client must provide some level of consent for these services. In the event Healing Human Spirit discovers a client is under the age of 18 years old, services will be cancelled and discontinued.

PAYMENT

Payment for services is to be paid in full at time of booking. We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Services will not be provided on pending payments. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR SERVICES AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE HONORED. In some circumstances, an appointment can be rescheduled. Please see below section CANCELLATION POLICY for these details.

SCHEDULING POLICY

Scheduled Appointments are up to the discretion of and are subject to approval by the service provider, Tabatha. If your appointment must be rescheduled the service provider will contact you directly.

The service provider reserves the right to refuse service to clients that exhibit inappropriate, offensive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior in sessions (virtual or in-person), via electronic communication, or within Healing Human Spirit’s community via the www.healinghumanspirit.com website or other social media platforms. As an ethical provider of spiritual services, we will not serve or we will discontinue serving clients if at any time the service provider believes the client is incapable of providing consent for services due to age, disability, or condition.

VIRTUAL SESSION PROVIDER

Once you have booked and paid for a service, you will receive a separate email from the service provider with details for your virtual consultation. Please familiarize yourself with the policies of the third party utilized for these sessions upon receipt of this email. If you do not agree with the third-party’s policies, terms and conditions, please notify us at hello@healinghumanspirit.com immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You agree to give 1 business day advanced notification should you need to reschedule your appointment. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GRANTED FOR SERVICES. We understand things happen and we are more than willing to accommodate those that follow these terms by rescheduling your appointment for another date and time. If you cannot attend an appointment, please contact us via email at hello@healinghumanspirit.com at least 1 business day in advance to reschedule. If your notice is received in less than 1 business day prior to the appointment, the appointment will not be rescheduled by Healing Human Spirit and no refund will be provided. All requests for rescheduling an appointment are up to the sole discretion of the service provider.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

Rest in knowing that we strive to protect your personal information and details within spiritual sessions remain private between you and the service provider, Tabatha, to the extent provided by our policies, terms and conditions, as well as, the policies, terms and condition of the third party providing the virtual platform for services. Exceptions to confidentiality must be authorized by the client verbally or in writing. An example of an authorized exception would be a written testimony provided by the client for use on www.healinghumanspirit.com website or our social media sites. By booking any services appointment, you fully agree that you will take 100% responsibility for your own decisions and healing journey. You understand that the service provider, Healing Human Spirit, and www.healinghumanspirit.com website does not dispense medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice, and does not assume any responsibility or liability for choices you make in your life. You understand and agree that spiritual work is meant to help you look deeper into your own soul and bring awareness and healing energy to any areas that prevent you from living your own personal best and highest version of life. The service provider, Tabatha, offers alignment coaching, tarot reading, and astrology consultations. Tabatha has seven years of combined educational and field experience in therapeutic techniques, sociology and social work. In 2016 she began studying astrology, tarot, and crystals. Tabatha is a gifted spiritual channel and plant medicine priestess. Tabatha attempts to support your spiritual development. You understand that nothing stated within a session should replace seeking advice from an appropriate professional. The service provider does not provide medical, psychological, financial advice to any clients. Sessions with the service provider simply spiritually supplement any co-occurring professional treatment you are currently receiving or may seek in the future. “Healing” does not indicate that the service provider diagnoses, treats or cures any conditions. By booking services, you understand that the service provider is not a financial professional, licensed counselor or mental health professional, or a licensed physical health professional. You also agree that you are not seeking medical, financial, or psychological advice during the spiritual service session provided and you are seeking these services on your own free will and take full responsibility for any choices or decisions you make in your life.
