Hey there and welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m Violet. I am a Pisces Sun, Leo Moon, Taurus Rising. I started my small business, Healing Human Spirit, in 2018 when I lived in California. I have over 6 years of professional experience providing astrology and tarot readings for my clients.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. I am passionate about people, storytelling, and empowerment.
After my first undergraduate degree, I completed several years of graduate education, as well as professional work experience, in Social Work. During my time in graduate school, my focus was on clinical mental health and I worked in therapeutic settings with clients both one on one and in groups at my internships. I learned a lot about the importance of mental health care, while also becoming aware of the limitations of the systems in place. These realizations have both served my personal evolution and inspired me to find alternative ways to work as a healer.
Following a spontaneous spiritual awakening in 2016, I began to study and incorporate alternative holistic healing modalities into my own life, including: astrology, tarot, meditation, yoga, dance and somatic healing to name a few.
I currently live in Illinois with my wife and our cats, Bailey, Leo & Oliver and our poodle, Chloe. In my free time I enjoy dancing, baking, walking, writing, reading, learning, painting, photography, graphic design, watching old movies and playing with my pets.
My deepest passion is to help fellow human beings experience deeper fulfillment, healing and alignment through the deconditioning process. By working through this process we remove the masks we were conditioned to wear and subsequently uncover our core authentic truth.
